Japanese Iago sounds a lot like Banzai the hyena from the Japanese version of The Lion King
Is it just me, or is that big, talking thing (sorry, I don't know its name) sounds like Shenron, the eternal dragon
Akira Takarada did Jafar's voice in Japanese, as well as Professor Ratigan's voice
I like the japanese. Wish there were subs because japanese say different things in their versions.

This Genie did a great damn job.
It's A Kouichi Yamadera's Voice!
I'm glad the main cast have great voice actors to play their roles. Sure, no one can match up to Iago's VA Gilbert, but Iago's Japanese VA does a great job with the character as well.
Lol even Abu speaks Japanese. Great attention to detail Japan.
the only thing about aladdin's japanese voice is that i wish he had more different emotions to it like especially the funny parts! but everything else is wonderful!!

It's crazy to think that Genie is being voiced by the same guy that did the voice of Spike in Cowboy Bebop. Crazy, but freaking awesome. XD

Everything about it in Japaneses makes it so much better :) I love how the Sultan ran Jafar getting squished by the door
@Szriko Oh, and by the way, I'm not saying by any means that the original English of Aladdin was so bad that I preferred the Japanese version; I'm just saying that I've literally seen the English version so many times (literally to the point that I memorized EVERY single line and the EXACT intonation) that hearing it in Japanese 1) sounded funnier in some ways because Japanese sometimes sounds funny when spoken really fast (ala Genie), and 2) it was a refreshing change.
