Why exactly does Fagin owe him money? Fagin's a homeless man, what does he expect from him? I mean, Sykes is rich. I don't think he needs anymore money. The only person who needs money would be Fagin. Poor guy. :(
my favorite part is when the cat snuggles up to the dog its so sweet. and skyes needs to leave fagin alone hes poor what can he give if he has nothing

lol of course this all happened before Oliver changed his name to O'Maley and moved to France where he will start a his own gang and fall for this rich white cat and...... wait a second!
This was the peak of facial expressions. Look carefully at how flexible the expressions are for Georgette and the hobo. It's like a freakin' masterpiece I tell you. But what do we have now? 3D crap with stiff faces. (Not including Pixar, they are da bomb) But honestly with old 2D movies like this, you can tell very easily what the character is feeling or thinking just from making an expression. I miss old disney. :(
I always thought streets of gold should have been longer... Yay Reta!

@hillaryliucoxnet Wasn't authentic?!?! How are they not authentic?! THEY were the ones to come up with movies like this. Disney movies like this are way better then what they're doing now. Disney movies are known for their songs, that's what made them great. It makes a longer, better movie.

Rita has a good sense, she could tell that Oliver was happy and didn't want to ruin his good fortune. I felt sorry for Dodger, he seemed upset:(
Sikes is terrifying. The scene where Fagin is begging was pretty chilling. It's amazing how dark disney can get sometimes

I've watched my share of Disney films and own alot of them, but I don't think any Disney film has made me laugh almost as much as this one!
I know the story is about Oliver the cat, but i think Tito pretty much steals the show with his personality and comedic lines. He is hilarious!

4. A car chase.
5. A little girl being kidnapped.

7. A pet and later a little girl held for ransom.
8. Violent death of the crime boss and his dogs.
Man, Disney used to be cool. Do you see any kids traumatized and become disturbed after watching this classic movie?
