今日、私が通っているiYESが提供している日本語クラスを見学したので、その時の様子を紹介したいと思います!
日本人の先生1人に対し、フィリピン人の生徒さんが3人で授業が行われていました
少人数での授業なので、密度の濃い授業が展開されていました
どの生徒さんもとても真剣に、楽しみながら授業を受けていたのが印象的でした!
漢字や敬語は、日本人にとって簡単でも、フィリピンの人にとってはかなり難しいようで、先生もホワイトボードに絵を書いたり、ジェスチャーを多用しながら説明をしていました!
確かに、日本語には平仮名、片仮名、漢字と三種類あるので、しっかり勉強しようとすると、かなり根気がいりますね
先生も生徒さんたちも大変そうです
めげずに頑張ってほしいと思います!

Hello.
I am first-year university student in Japan.
Today, I participated in Japanese class that iYES language school offers. I visited the class, because I wanted to know how classes are usually conducted.
I've found that Philippino students were really interested in Japanese, and all of them took the classes in earnest.
I have also found that Japanese is very difficult for foreigners to study as the students had difficulty in understanding what the teacher said.
The teacher was trying her best to make the classes more simple and easier to understand. I admire her endeavors.
I want to study hard like Filipino students.
