Competenceとは

Association for Dental Education in Europeでは以下のCompetenceを卒業時に要求しておりこれに基づき細かな到達目標を設定している

I Professionalism
II Interpersonal, Communication and Social Skills
III Knowledge Base, Information and Information literacy
IV Clinical Information Gathering
V Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
VI Therapy: Establishing and Maintaining Oral Health
VII Prevention and Health Promotion

この中のプロフェッシナリズムに関する項目条項（1.3）で

Seeking CPD allied to the process of continuing education on an annual basis, to ensure that high levels of clinical competence and evidence-based knowledge are maintained. This should be readily demonstrated through the use of a CPD logbook/portfolio.

とある　このブログ開設は上記のlogbookに代わるモノとしたいとの思いからである。

静岡県富士研修ワークショップ

2010年12月16日から19日まで静岡県富士研修ワークショップに参加。カリキュラムプラニングを中心としたワークショップであったが3日目から東京大学大西 弘高氏によるアウトカム基盤型教育のワークショップへ移行。今までのカリキュラムプラニングのGIOに比べより明確な到達目標を設定しそこへ到達するような「教育の流れ」を構築しようというアプローチであろうと理解した。
