Before the show, we had X'mas dinner at an Indian restaurant. What we wanted was a nice booth and a not crowded place and it was perfect! We found a big Kiss shop with a mini golf and volks wargen. 
yes I almost forgot it because I control my volume by myself and never depend on soundmen. Still he was amazingIt looked like he was tuning by himself, too. Those are usually done by roadies. Each note he played was perfect for the scene. 
We are in LA having a mini vacation. Because I've got a cold, we couldn't do too many activities. We decided to go to Queen Mary. It was more interesting than I thought.

My mom went to heaven. It is 22 years ago, but Japanese Buddhist way they count 23 years. Coincidentally Ken's mom passed away two days earlier in 2010, and his father's date is November 8th. Every year November comes close, I feel sad and this year is not an exception I usually go to Japan around this time of year, but I didn't this year. I feel very guilty. She was a young woman. Ever since Bikers gig, I don't get tense as much (that was the biggest audience ever). A lot of things happening.

I almost cried when they played "To Be With You" last night because it is like our wedding song. 
This was my second time I felt good after playing a gig with this band. I always become too critical about my playing, but I give myself 85 points out of 100 to prize my playing that night (previous night was 55 points ).
