「微」が付くと全く違う単語になるのね。

調整するはadjust と言いますよ。

やり直し

Have you thought you want to reset or restart something?
何かやり直したいと思った事はありますか？

I do and my husband is good at it.
This year he already did 3 times!
私はあります。
主人はやり直しが得意。すでに今年3回やり直してます。


(1) Jan 1st 1月1日
= new year starts
understandable
新年の始まりなので、その気持ちはわかります

(2) Feb 1st 2月1日
January is ok but not good. So he decided to try again from the begging.
= new year starts again
1月はまぁ普通、良くはなかったので、もう一度始めからやり直すことに。2度目の1年の始まり。

(3) Today Feb 6th, Mon 今日2月6日
He says it's Monday. He can start again.
今日は月曜日だから、また始めるとの事。


I asked how many times do you restart?
一体何回やり直すの？と聞いたら

He said
" until successful"
成功するまで！
との答え。

I got it! That's right! You can start anytime as long as you try!
そういうことね。確かに。チャレンジする限り、いつでも始められるよ！
