一度眠れない…と思ってしまうと余計に眠れなくなったり
するから、そのまま普通に起きてることが多いかなあ。
本読んだり音楽を聴いたりしてるうちに眠くなったりする
こともあるから。
どうしても寝ないと明日の体力が持たない！！なんてゆうときは、
ぬるめのお風呂にゆっくりつかって、温かいものを飲んで
照明を消してベッドでじっと横になってる。
眠れなくても静かにじっと横になってれば少しはマシだよ。
明日のことなんかが気になって眠れなくなったりする場合は、
イヤラシイことを妄想してると知らない間に眠ってたりするよ。
ん？ イヤラシイことってどんなことかって？
それはとてもここには書けない。
ムフフフフ。

ピグのお部屋２階建設中
エジプトの火が手に入ったんで、もうアメでしか交換
できないものでほしい物は思い当たらないし、スクラッチも
同じ帽子や卓球台ばかり出ておもしろくないしで、
貯まったアメをキューブに換えて２階を作ることにした。
まだ床を作るには足りないけど上にはのぼれるよ。
