If you’re reading reviews to see if this is the place you should go, then this is your sign you should!My review will be quite extensive but they deserve it. If you don’t have the time to read, but want to know if I recommend them, I 1000% recommend Dr. Diem Puckett & her staff at Results Physiotherapy. Today, I “graduated” physical therapy treatment. I am sad that I won’t see the good folks at Results on a weekly/biweekly basis, but happy that I am no longer dealing with chronic knee/hip pain. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Puckett since this May when she was at Memorial Hermann. I was saddened when she informed me she would be leaving to work with Results Physiotherapy in Sugarland, because at that moment I thought I wouldn’t want to commute 30-40 minutes for each session. After thinking about my previous year’s experience dealing with other doctors and physical therapy to treat my stubborn knees, and not seeing any results, I knew that I would have to find a way to make it work. From playing sports growing up, to playing them recreationally now, I knew I had to seek help for the chronic knee pain I was having. I alone was keeping Bengay in business. Thanks to Dr. Puckett, I went from having knee pain during normal daily activities (like walking up the stairs or sitting for longer than 10 minutes), to now being able to run over 3 miles pain free. Dr. Puckett & Christian challenged me at each and every session to push further along, and gave me the tools and resources to continue exercises at home. Even though I thought I had set backs throughout treatment, Dr. Puckett took the time to explain how pain works, and some pain (to a certain extent) is normal. I have learned to “listen” to my body, and with this mindset, I will be able to conquer any pain challenges ahead. I would also like to add that two things I thought I was always doing right (squatting & planking) I clearly was not, as my form was all wrong. Thanks to them, I have improved my form for both.
