Welcome to my first Blog post here 
Now that Christmas is over, and my home is getting back to normal, I finally have time to write on this site.
I have another Blog - It is called 'Polly's Pad' - and on that Blog I talk about my Bucket List, how I am trying to tidy my home and my dream of teaching in Japan. I will need to improve my Japanese skills, of course, but I hope to one day move to Osaka and teach English to small children. I hope to find a school that will allow me to teach songs and dances, and needs teachers who enjoy making crafts.
My studies of the Japanese language are going... slowly! While I am able to read Hiragana, and a few Kanji, it seems to be taking me a very long time to make progress. I will keep trying though - がんばります! This is why I have joined this site; to read other peoples blogs so that I may practice my Japanese reading and understanding.
The plan is to practice my writing and make posts in Japanese, so if people can correct and help me, I will be very grateful.
I will now go and find things people may find interesting, if you would like to learn something about England, please ask and I will try to answer your questions.
