We performed Gamelan - Indonesian traditional instrument in music concert in UCR today. We played in front of about 80 audiences. I was a little nervous beform performance but enjoyed a lot.

This is the instrument I played. Salong
I'm taking 2 main campus classes and English classes in this quarter. In main campus, I'm taking business(project management) and music class. Project management is about how you proceed a team project and how well you communicate with other team members. .It is difficult to keep up with the business class but if I read a textbook before starting the class and check what about a professor will talk, I can manage to follow this class. In a music class, I can practically play Gamelan - Indonesian traditional instruments. We're going to perform in a music concert in University Theatre this Friday so we have to practice hard for this music concert almost everyday. Gamelan is a group of many Indonesian instruments such as a xylophone, a metal drum, and a gong. Their sound is beautiful and mysterious. This music is often used in a traditional ceremony in Indonesia. Btw, I'm gonna go to San Fransisco and Yosemite National Park with my friend during Spring break. I'm really looking forward to going there!!
