Men, you have to know how to cook. You don have to be an amazing chef who knows how to make a ton of weird vinaigrettes, but it a stonecold fact that women love a man who can prepare a meal. They don have to be complicated, but they do have to taste good. So as not to be confused with football dinners, I first want to make clear that what is familiarly known in Washington as "The Gridiron" is a very elegant dinner, now held at the Renaissance Hotel downtown, broken up by hilarious skits that are parodies of the city's politics over the last year, by short periods of mingling so intense that no one can hear or remember a single word, and by speeches by "big shots" representing the Republicans, the Democrats and the White House. I hope you decided on the purchase and not JC. He brings stuff to the attention, one makes a decision that either makes money or not. We are responsible, not him whether gain or loss. I bought AA today after I saw Klaus on his show. A growth stock grows until it doesn't to buy on a pull back might be dangerous actually. Clouds of confetti exploded above, bold obscenities flashed onto the massive screen in the back, and a fog enveloped the stage so thick that nobody would have been surprised to see Satan himself step out of it holding a pair of drumsticks and hoisting his middle finger. And that was before anyone even played a note of music. Could the Flaming Lips possibly make a more boring entrance?
