『きずなすし』では、サメハツの刺し身も売っていて、サメの心臓は珍しくて初めて食べる人にとっては見た目からレバ刺しのような期待をしてしまうのですが、どの店で食べても味がうすくて期待と異なることを知っているので頼みませんでした。
"Kizuna Sushi" also sells shark heart sashimi, which is rare and those eating it for the first time may expect it to taste like raw liver from its appearance, but I didn't order it because I know that no matter which store I eat it at, the taste is bland and doesn't live up to expectations.
