I put on 5 kg for 3 months... OMG
Must lose weight.
I have 5 more months, so I should lose 1 kg for each 1 month. As I think so, it sounds not too hard, isn't it?
But it's hard. Why? Here's America! Everything has high calorie, much amount, and I try to finish the meals.
What the fuck is the best way of losing it?
Eat less, of course, eat healthy, and do some exercise. But I guess all I have to do is to quit any sweets, that is fuckin hard for me.
I get much amount of sugar by dessert unconsciously, and it cause diabetes that everybody is afraid of, including me.
What exercise should I do by the way?
Maybe walking on the night? But these days Im too scared of homeless people.
First, I try to do muscle training that is not too hard and I can do everyday. Doing it everyday is important, right?
Today is the best day for begging of my diet!!

Now 59.2kg
