I ate Okonomiyaki for dinner.
First of all, I would like to tell you about what is Okonomiyaki.
Okonomiyaki is known as a kind of Japanese style pancakes or pizza.
As Okonomiyaki means “what you like “ or “what you want,” you can add your favorite ingredients in Okonomiyaki.
Okonomiyaki is usually made from egg, flou,water, small shrimp, squid, and chopped cabbage.
Okonomiyaki usually has various toppings like thinly sliced pork, red ginger, green onion, katsuobushi, and more...
Okonomi means “what you like “ or “what you want,” and yaki means “grilled “ or “cooked,” thus, the name of Okonomiyaki means “cook what you like.”
In Japan, Okonomiyaki is mainly associated with Kansai or Hiroshima areas, but is widely available throughout the country.
Toppings and batters tend to vary according to region.
By the way, I went to the Okonomiyaki restaurant with my friends.
We ate Hiroshima like Okonomiyaki because one of my friends is from Hiroshima.
I wanna visit Hiroshima because she talked about lots of good places and foods of Hiroshima.
Today’s dinner was sooo good and I was very happy.
