The Rookery is one of the most famous buildings of Frank Loyde Write, I missed to see in Frank Loyde Write Architects Tour in 2016.

Google Map indivated it is just 10 min away on foot from the restaurant I like.

....this time I regretted orded additional whip cream, it was too much...I have the issue on egg dishes as well, everytime I order one egg, they serve two.
Anyway...let’s go out to see the Rookery.

Cross Chicago River. Though it was died in green yesterday, the color of the water has been back to normal already.

Celia on the top of Chicago Board of Trade is faceless, the Architect thought it is unnecessary because no one cannot see her face, she stands on such high place.

It was still cold but beautiful sunny day. I bought green version of famous Black and White cooky for souvenir.
It was stunningly sweet for my Japanese friends’ tongues!

I like to reserve aisle seat for long travel but you can’t always get it. In such case, I have to go bathroom when the person of next sheet leave for same reason and that   is not fun. Yet this time, the view from the window can make up such difficulties enough.
