His parents(Kazuhisa, Yuko) are also gymnast and her little sister
(Haruhi)is also gymnast. He got married on 2012 November and he got
his daughter soon. He started to train his right brain since he was a
half year old to improve his imagination. Thanks to this training, he
can image clearly techniques gymnast which he try for the first time.
To use the trampoline, he developped his sense of in the air and
gymnastics. This trainings enable him to twist in the air.
He took part in a national athletic meet and took 42nd place when he
was a junior high school student, but he didn’t always do hard
practic
e and just felt happy to join athletic meet, so he didn’tregret this regard. However, when he was 15 he saw Yosuke Hoshi’s
performance and began to aim to play more beautiful performance. After
graduating from the junior high school, he went to Tokyo from Nagasaki
and thoroughly practiced basic things in Asahi-Seimei gymnastics club,
studying in a high school. Thanks to the practice, he took 3 place in
a game when he was 17. He entered Nippon Sports Science University and
belonged to gymnastics team, he was the captain when he was 4th grade.
In 2011, he entered Konami Sports & Life Company. Before he was
elected as a representative, he had practiced his good events more
than his weak events and given up easily what he hadn’t been able to
play. However, he tried to overcome his weak events and get rid of the
habit to give up easily. Then he began to make good records.
Kohei Uchimura is the first man who won both all-around world title
and Olympic all-around gold.And on May 11th in 2014, he won all-around
national championship seven times in a row. A lot of people look up to
his great achievement. Olympic medalists admire his talents too.
The reason why he won the competition several times is that he has no
weak points. For example, he won floor silver in Olympic in 2012,
floor world titles in 2011 and parallel bars world titles in 2013. In
addition, he has not only power but also graceful and precise skills.
There is art in gymnastics. His great skills make his performance
perfect art.
He always eats rice, meat and chocolates and doesn’t eat
vegetables.Like this, despite he has perfect sporting career,he is
childish.This is why we think he is the best sports star.
