Expert in anything was once a beginner.
This is my motto.
I can't be a risktaker for most of the time and I'm not good at challenging something
but this motto always remainds me of how important the challenge is.
For the rest of my life, I will definitely going to challenge many types of new things, like moving to new department from HR or getting married, maybe moving out from Tokyo and so on.
Or maybe not that big challenge, but small challenges, like showing my opinions infront of all my teams, department are really challenging for me.
Whenever I get afraid of anything, this MOTTO always helps and motivates me a lot.
