In our company, we have a Target setting meeting with my boss.
I was just confused of why don't we say Goals instead of Target?
In my own words, I've determind.
Goals 目標
How do you want to be when you achieve it.
Target ターゲット
Plans, small steps to achieve goals.
My goals and targets.
Goals; Get confidence as a HR person, not only from my department but anyone worked together and move to where I want to work at.
(I'm thinking to work for overseas department as my next career.)
Target; Understand HR system, especially my own end, which are promotion, evaluation and recruitment.
Study English harder to make it as my strong point.(writing blog is one way)
This blog is my way to study English so it's definitely going to be ernest blog but I hope to see some growing.
