精神障害の男の凶行

フィリピン南部ミンダナオ島サンボアンガ市で
２２日午後２時前、タリサヤン小学校に刃物を持った男（４９）が乱入
教室で児童らを次々に刺し、女性教師と５年生の児童（１２）
男を止めようとした男性（６４）の計３人を殺害した。

現場にいた複数の親が男ともみ合いになり、男も刺され死亡した。
このほか１１～１２歳の児童４人、教師２人が負傷し病院で治療を受けた。
サンボアンガ市当局者らによると

男は精神障害があり、刑事事件で服役したことがあるという。
