世界各国の汚職動向を監視している
非政府組織（NGO）トランスペアレンシー・インターナショナルは
26日、ランキング2010年版を発表した。
2010年調査対象となったのは178カ国で
順位が低いほど腐敗度が高いことを意味する。
汚職指数は、さまざまな国際機関などが集めたデータに基づき
政治家と公務員らの「清潔度」を１０点満点で評価。（１９９５年から毎年公表）
汚職監視ＮＧＯ組織は
「世界中の多くの貧しい人々が、汚職の被害を受けている」と強調。
国際社会は、汚職の根絶に向け法整備を強化すべきだとした。
日本の「清潔度」は178カ国・地域のうち、昨年と同じ17位だった。
フィリピンは134位でした。(５つランクを上げた）
最下位はソマリアでした。
この発表をうけて、フィリピンのラシエルダ大統領報道官は
指数改善はアキノ政権の姿勢の現れと自画自賛した。

マヌエル・リム容疑者に対する告訴を取り下げる判決を出した。
法廷で証人が1人も証言しなかったことが判決の理由だと考えられている。
この容疑者の父親はマニラのリム市長です。
下手に証言すると、後の報復が恐ろしいですからね。

Are thought to be reasons for the decision it did not also testified that one witness in court.
