最近フィリピンで多発する車両強奪事件で
強盗団組織の犯行に現職警官や陸運局（ＬＴＯ）職員らの関与疑惑が浮上する中
フィリピン国家警察は
４日、元警視正や現職警官数人がこの組織に協力していた可能性があるとして
実態解明に向けた捜査を行っていると明らかにした。

高山 右近
高山 右近
安土桃山、江戸時代の武将。代表的なキリシタン大名として知られる人物。
キリシタン国外追放令を受けて、慶長19年（1614年）
長崎から家族と共に追放された内藤如安らと共に
フィリピンに送られる船に乗り、マニラに12月に到着した。
イエズス会報告や宣教師の報告で有名となっていた右近は
マニラでスペイン人のフィリピン総督フアン・デ・シルバらから大歓迎を受けた。
しかし、船旅の疲れや慣れない気候のため老齢の右近はすぐに病になり
翌年の1月8日（1615年2月4日）に息を引き取った。64歳。
