フィリピン首都圏警察ケソン市本部は
3月22日、恐喝容疑で元警官ら男性３人を逮捕した。
警官を装ってケソン市ノースフェアビューの路上で
ドライバーらから金品を脅し取った疑い。
３人を逮捕したのは
悪徳警官ら摘発のためにケソン本部内に設置された
捜査班「オネスティ（誠実）チーム」だという。

国籍
正式に結婚した夫婦の間に生まれながら
出生届未提出のため日本国籍を喪失した
フィリピン国籍の27人が
日本に国籍確認を求めた訴訟の判決が東京地裁であった。
国籍法12条に対する憲法判断は初めてで
フィリピン在住の26人の請求が棄却された。
日本在住の原告１人については
国籍法17条の規定に基づき手続きが行われていたとして
日本国籍が認められた。
手続き期限が過ぎているとはいえ
現実に、日本人とフィリピン人夫婦の実子であることに変りはないのに
残念な結果になってしまいました。
ちなみに、我が家の長男はフィリピン国籍で
長女は、日本国籍です。
