久々のBBQ
今日は、私の夕方の勤務がないため
夕食時、家族全員がそろうという事で
久々の「家族BBQ」で、お腹一杯です。
今日は、めったにない長距離（往復160キロ）の運転で
神経も使い、疲れてたのですが
家族がそろい、BBQを楽しんでいると疲れも吹っ飛びます。

資産不正申告などで有罪となり
フィリピン史上初めて弾劾によって罷免されている。

「取り消し」判決
日本人男性と結婚して在留資格を得ていた
横浜市内の母親との同居が認められず
退去強制命令をけたフィリピン国籍の１８歳と１７歳の兄弟２人が
国に命令の取り消しを求めた訴訟で
東京地裁は２４日、「取り消し」を命じる判決を言い渡した。
裁判長は
「極めて熱心に日本語を勉強して日本での生活に意欲的に取り組む
兄弟に在留資格を与えないことは、著しく妥当性を欠く」と述べた。
兄弟が漢字で文章を書けるようになって定時制高校に合格したり
地元のＮＰＯ主催の交流行事に参加したりしていることを
「日本社会に急速に定着しつつある」と評価。
「母国に兄弟を支える親族はおらず、兄弟のみの生活には困難が予想される」とも述べ
帰国しても生活に支障はないとする国側の主張を退けた。
（兄弟は２００９年、母親を訪ねて来日し
同居しながら定住資格を申請したが、昨年３月に退去強制命令を受けていた。）
