ルソン地方タルラック州で、食用にされかかっていた犬93匹を救出し
搬送していたフィリピン人２人を動物愛護法違反容疑で逮捕した。
調べでは、２人はベンゲット州バギオ市に犬を運んでいたという。

前年同時期比29.3％増（41,7021台）と伝えた。
乗用車の販売台数は13,821台で、前年同時期比46％増だという。
占有率では、トヨタ自動車が41％で1位だった。

正常水位の206.42メートルを保っているという。
