ate 4 bananas, a cheese toast, cesar salad, 2 steamed sweet-potatoes,

but still super hungry......


in front of me there are 2packs of Doritos!!!!!

but it makes me fatter , of course...
I know,,,,,,gotta put up with it.....


oh hell.....

this summer my weight plummeted by 5kg in 4weeks!!
That was from the summer heat exhausted symptom.
But I was happy, cuz I could wear swim wear without hesitation.

Now summer ended, autumn has come.
My appetite is back, and I ate too much in last 4weeks,
and then I got fat by 4-5kg!!!!!

I have to be on diet!!
But I have to be cautious to rebound this time.
So I'm thinking about going to swimming club.

Anyway first I have to know how much my weight is.
But in honesty, I'm scared to get on the scale.......
