The result of Maccha cheese cake in pizza shop

Last night, I made cheese cake for my coworkers.

Today, I brought it to pizza shop and I showed it to my coworkers.

They lost their words!! Do you know why?

"I have never seen Green cake!!" They are scared at eating it.

It was a kind of punishment for them.

Actually, other asian staffs could enjoy my cheese cakes and they said "It's tasty!".

But, all turkish hesitated to eat green tea cheese cake!

Palestinian could eat it. But, except one turkish guy, turkish couldn't eat green tea cheese cake!

Firstly, I was irritated by their attitudes. But, finally I didn't feel anything. Cause, it's their culture.

I thought Green tea is popular in the world. Actually, I can buy many kinds of green tea in Canada.

But, for turkish, green tea is not popular! lol

Anyway, I won't bring anything to the pizza shop!!

Maccha cheese cake

I'm not sure it's true or not. But, my coworkers said when turkish get first salary, they give some gifts to other people.

Of course, I didn't know that and I didn't give them anything.

Suddenly, they asked me to bring something lol

When I made cheese cake, they asked me to bring it.

But, I forgot it. So, I said "When I will get next salary, I'll bring cheese cake!" Yesterday, I got money from pizza shop.

But, I didn't bring cheese cake.....

They teased me about not bringing cheese cake and they said "You're liar! We can't trust you anymore~~" lol

Finally, they called me "Cheese cake".

So, after work, I made cheese cake! Just cheese cake is not interesting.

I am JAPANESE. That's why, I decided to make maccha cheese cake.

I bought Maccha pouder in Canadian grocery store.

I like this grocery store's owner. I think he is gay person and he is kind.

Whenever I go this grocery store, I bring pizza from pizza shop. Today, I didn't bring it to grocery store. Suddenly, he asked me "Why didn't you bring your pizza today?" He knew me! lol

He also asked me the difference between green tea and Maccha.

I enjoyed chatting with him^^ I said "I'll make cake with Maccha powder." He has Japanese female friend and she gave him many Maccha cake. So, if I have a chance, I wanna give cake to him^^

Anyway, I made Maccha cheese cake and oat meal, chocolate chip and coconut cookies. I love this cookies. It's good snack for me^^

I kept cheese cake in fridge. I'm looking forward to tasting it tomorrow.

But, it might be bitter for my coworkers...

Cheese cake etc

Today is my day off. Yeah~~; )

I went famous cheese cake shop, "cheese cake etc".

First, I met my friends, Korean girl and Japanese girl and went Japanese pub "Guu". Cause Korean girl wanted to eat Japanese food.

They ordered Karaage, Udon soup and Kakuni. These were good.

We didn't drink alcohol even in pub lol

So, it costed just $21 including tips. But, we were satisfied!

We ate dinner! We had enough power to go cheese cake shop!

Cheese cake etc is near Granville island. It's far from downtown.

But, we went there by foot!! It took around 40min!

Unfortunatelly, or naturally?, it was raining.(Because Vancouver has so much rain as much as it's called "Raincouver")

Though it was raining, we could enjoy walking. During walking on Barrad bridge, we could see good night view!

Finally, we arrived at the goal, cheese cake etc.

It's cake shop. But, it opens from 6pmto1am?, anyway so late.

Although almost Canadian sweets are expensive and soooooooo sweet,

this shop's cheese cake is from$4~6 and not so sweet.

It was good for us! That's why, I saw many Korean and Japanese customers, maybe 70% of customers are Asian at the time lol

I bought 2 cheese cakes, original cheese cake and cheese cake with strawberry sauce as souvenier for my roomy. It costed just $10.

Good; ) I like this cake shop. If this shop is near from my house, I can go there again.
