28-06-08 dinner

We celebrated my brothers birthday on Saturday. So we ordered some pizzas and made japanese style mushroom pasta.

Seafood pizza and supreme pizza!!! seafood one was soooooo nice!!! love the prawns and squids.

pizzas go so well with nice cold beer!!!

and i made japanese style, soysouse based mushroom pasta. a little bit spicy but really nice. what a shame that we cant maek them in australia, because of poor range in mushrooms!!!

we also made chocolate cake and had melon for dessert but i forgot to take a photo of it :(

Friday dinner, we had...

salad

korean spicy rice cake

steamed egg with prawn

bbq? eggplant

korean rice cake was sooooo hot!! but really nice. i love eggplants from japan, they taste slightly different from the Australian ones. we just directly place eggplants on the gas stove and burn? them. after that chuck them into water and peal the skin and its really nice!!!! we have them with ginger and soy sauce. yumyum.
