Make Operation Flexible at All Heights
Engineered specifically for MRO, the tele platform enhances efficiency and safety across key applications, including: Aircraft Assembling, Aircraft Production, Aircraft Cleaning and Painting, Major Maintenance, Repairment and Overhaul.
The Tele-Platform comprises the platform crane systems, integrated upper platform, telescoping mast, a work platform and tools with its load-bearing structure suspended from overhead bridge cranes. Upon interconnecting individual overhead hangar cranes through latching devices, crane platform or trolleys can traverse across crane bridges. This integrated configuration extends the operational radius of Tele-Platform to cover the entire hangar width.
Our Tele-Platform enables triaxial mobility through crane and trolley travelling and telescopic vertical movement and rotational capability, facilitating precise positioning for aircraft maintenance operations. The integrated anti-collision systems and real-time monitoring system assist the operator to prevent aircraft damage.
SUSPENSION CRANE SYSTEM
Multi-suspension hangar crane portal which can be interlocked with latching device.
UPPER PLATFORM
Gathering Lifting unit. Control system. Self-diagnosis system. Safety monitoring system. Air compressor, etc.
TELESCOPIC MAST
The circular telescopic mast design features a lighter self-weight, minimizing oscillation to meet the highest safety standards.
WORKING PLATFORM
Smart safety bumpers to avoid damage Easy access to media outlets: power, compressed air. Safety door interlock with Ex-proof protection, all motion will be stopped in case safety door opening.
An Integrated MRO Hangar in Saudi Arabia
This newly completed hangar is uniquely equipped with Oritcranes hangar crane with platform
systems, an Oritcranes Tele-Platform and an aircraft dock. This integrated configuration maximizes hangar space utilization and streamlines workflow, significantly boosting aircraft maintenance throughput and turnaround efficiency.
There are many chinese crane manufacturers, but we are the best choice for you.
