A guy used to inhabit in a volcanic area. Those volcanoes are active. The mortality rate was high there and he considered moving into new place. When he went to real estate to see an available room, he was told that it was the best time to find a new place because all students are moving in and out. He luckily found an ideal room near by his company’s brunch. Right after he moved into new place, he was ordered to shift from current office to the brunch. It came to fruition.
