A clothing company contended against a strike about working condition. It was established in December 25, 1995. It had been in a good shape until a president quit a year ago. An erroneous policy at the company resulted some financial damages. It also caused employees to have lower salary rates. Without the previous president, the company was not able to survive. One of the executive officers decided to leave the company, and he said, “I was in charge of the project that caused some financial damages, so I will resign.” In fact, the officer was headhunted from a growing company that was established by the former president. The officer became a vice president. The strike went on, but the officer succeeded afterward. The end justifies the means.
