(6) The charging pile specifications are unified (the charging capacity is at least 150 kW to ensure the mid-long mileage), and ensure convenient use;
(7) The bidding unit is not limited to German owners, can be the industry in Europe, or a few of the practitioners to apply;
(8) The German government should not operate the charging pile.
