Hello everyone.
Today I 'd like to introduce about Asakusa. I went there with my family in october 12th.
Kaminarimon is very famous at Asakusa. But it was under construction. So I wasn't able to see it. Too bad! If I go there again, I want to see it.
I was surprised that there are many incoming tourist.
I was able to see Japanese culture from houses, stores, food and so on. So I think that they go there because they can feel Japan.
You can experience rickshaw in Asakusa .
There are many rickshaw so you will be able to ride without waiting.
The rickshaw man will give you a guide while around the streets of Asakusa so it is better than walk in vain.
By the way, I'll teach how to worship of temple.
First, you have to carry out Ichiyu in front of the temple gate. Ichiyu is a little bow.
(The temple gate is boundary between the outside world and sanctuary. You sould walk the side of the front approach to a shrine. )
Secund, purify themselves at chozusya. Chozuya is place for ritual cleaning of hands and mouth with wather when visiting shrines.
1)Wash the left hand has a ladle in the right hand.
2)Changing the left hand with it and wash the right hand.
3)Changing the right hand again, rinse your mouth with left hand with fresh water. (Don't transfer the water directly to your mouth. )
4)After rinsing is over, hold the ladle vertically and rinse it by pouring some water over its shaft.
5)Turn down the ladle to its original location.
Third, you'll give the stick of incense.
Scent of stick of incense is food of the gods .
Finally, you will worship there.
1, Curry out Ichiyu , ring the bell to put the money offering .
2 ,To join your hands in prayer.
3 , Curry out Ichiyu again.
