THE SUCCESS ~ They found an agency who can tell a story very nicely {really appreciate the copywriter, she/he made a fantastic story which is very relatable to each one of us} . THE FAILURE ~ They fail to understand the market they were targeted for… The pack of 4 is being offered at Rs.140 i.e. Rs. 35 per pack. The same flavour sells at Rs. 30-35 per pack in local stores. . LESSON: Don’t under estimate your customer! It doesn’t matter HOW GOOD YOUR PRODUCTS are especially in times of crisis.
