Sumpu Park, located in the center of Shizuoka City, is now under renovation.

There are noisy ｔrucks coming and going in the park.

Momijiyama garden, as well as East gate & Tatsumi-yagura arsenal, would be only consolation for you.

It is quiet enough for you to hear birds singing in the garden.

You can enjoy greenery and peaceful scene there.

静岡市の駿府公園は、現在改修工事中です。公園内を工事車両が行き来し、殺伐とした感があります。

でも、展示館となっている東御門･巽櫓とともに、紅葉山庭園が、静かな空間を提供してくれます。

庭園に入ると、鳥のさえずりが大きくなり、周囲の雑踏を消してくれます。

さほど大きな庭園ではありませんが、自然を満喫し、心の安らぎを感じさせてくれます。
