rainy

it's been raining for last couple days. It has not rained like heavy storm, It rains like rain in Seattle.
Seattle has rainy season. It rains from Nov. to Apr, so for 6 months. I do not know why exactly but I did not hate it much for several reasons.
First, it did not rain so heavy.
Two, if I drove east for a couple hours, it snowed and I enjoyed skiing.
Three, raining remained me staying home. therefore, i had time to read books and to think a lot.
Four, even though it is winter, still not so cold.

I think due to such a long rainy season, summer in Pacific Northwest so great and pople love it.
Summer in Seattle is the best summer I have ever expperienced. it is cool and dry. Sun sets very late, like 9:30 pm. So, we can enjoy long day time. On the other hand, daytime in winter is very short. It gets dark before 4:00pm.

Some people hate such climate in winter. That is why rate for suicide is very high compared with the rates in ohter cities. So, it is funny. It is said that Seattle is the place in which most American want to live and at the same time, Seattle has the highest rate for suicide. So, Washingtoninan shold move to south such as California and come back to Washington in summer???

Seems that I am going to Malaysia within 6 months or so.
I started getting ready for that, My mate was teaching me a lot of things for that, such as how to prepare documents and how to read some other documents and so on.
I bought a book for my accounting book. I have studied long time for CPA but I will take accounting for construction industry in Japanese. I can not tell well about name of accounts. Hmmm, I am pretty sure that I am going to have tough time anyway. I will check easier book to learn basic of those things.

so boring day.

nothing new.
I had some job which I finished within 5 minutes and I spent rest of my time to do some stuff...
I have to learn a lot to be successful in this company. So, I started learning our system which is applied to our compnay structure. I can not tell exactly what it is, but it is so basic knowledge we all have to have.
Actually, it is too late to start learning but still I have to know all about it.

I am supposed to take TOEIC this coming saturday, but not sure about it.
I do have hearing problems, so I will have difficulties in listening comprehension. Last time I took TOEIC, my score was 680. 430 for grammer and reading section 250 for listening comprehension. I have lived in the US for 8 and half years. This is not score for such a person. Such a person should have scored 450 for listening comprehension and 300 for reading and grammer. That would be fine.

I hope I can do well this time.

Reunion

Yesterday, I attended reunion at college. It was my first time to attend reunion since I have finished college because soon after I've finished school I had gone to the US for about 9 years.
It was so glad to see people and chat with them. Even after 9 years has passed, nothing has changed. I was pretty amazed and had good time.

It was tough day...
I got cold since a couple days ago.
I have to go to office today tomorrow anyway, otherwise my boss would kill me...

I have to survive. Wish me luck.

Tough day???

As I mentioned yesterday, the money I sent was missing. I found out it at the time almost I left my office. I talked with boss what to do.
Then, today I had bunch of stuff to do to find the money. I called our bank and get form, filled form, bring the form to the bank. Still, I had other cash remittance. I had head ache. I still have it. During my usual routine job, I made many phonecall to make sure everything to find the cash going well. It takes 2 or 3 days to get response from destination. It gave me a lot of pressure.

After leaving office, I headed to English class for trial. I am going to pick one from two classes. I will have anther trial class on friday. As usual, students listened to conversation/ message from speaker. I could not understand what it was speaking about. Sound reflects in the class room too much And I have to see how speaker's mouth moving. Class started at 19:45 and ends at 21:00. It is just tough day!!!

I forgot to post message on my blog yesteday. Even though no one is waiting for my blog to be updated.
Anyway... I got a phonecall this evening. According to the phone, money I sent to other country has not arrived yet. It is not just money. It is big and was sent a week ago. I contacted our bank. They gave me suggestion which I can try. After talking with my boss, I will try to trace our cash remittance. I hope the money would arrive destination without any trouble and it is not due to my job.

I sold stock today that I purchased a couple months ago. Capital gain I got was really small but it is OK. I am going to invest more money and buy good stock. Well, taht's all today.

I almost forgot to post message on blog even though it is still second day.

It was fine day. Since I expected rain today, I had carried my umbrela all day. Fortunately, I did not have to use it. Finally, three-days weekends is about to finish. It is getting cool and windy. Still it is pretty much better than hot and humid summer. I think I am going to prepare for skiing this season.

Well, I have not done much today. As usual, I went to Starbucks Coffee at Tokyo to study my accounting book. I was supposed to finish chapter for accounting for income tax. However, I could not have finished yet. Then I moved to Nippori to walk around Yanaka. It was cool to walk around town I have never been. I wish I would live in Yanaka. I think living expense is not so expensive. Then, I moved to Ueno to eat lunch at Freshness Bergur. It was my first time to walk around Ueno. It took me long to find the Freshness Burger. According to its website, the one is located at Ueno, but I found it almost at Okachimachi. I think hambergur and friench fry were good, but I did not want the place was ok to smoke. Because of second hand smoking, my hambergur taste worse. On back to Ueno I was walking on Ame-Yoko area. I bought snack (Kaki-Pea) for \300. It is too cheap to be good. I am eating it right now, It tastes baaaaaaaaaaaad.

Well, let's cheer up. New week will start tomorrow!

It is my first blog!!!

Hi, guys.
It is my first time to put some message into blog. Actually, this is my first time to use blog, therefore, I do not know how this thing works... I am pretty excited!

Let me introduce myself little bit. I am Japanese came back from the US last year. I had been in the US for about 8.5 years. I think it was good experience for me to learn a lot such as diversity, difference, and so on. I am currently working for a Japanese company and in charge of finance stuff. However, I do not know exactly what I am doing.

I think this blog is cool tool. We can use it anyway we want. I think I am going to use it as a tool to express my feeling and thoughts, and to improve my English. Since I came back from the US, my English skill is getting worse day by day. I have been looking for any opprotunities to speak, read, use, and listen to English. I will try to find good place to find people I can hang out.
