Since last week, I was looking for a job. I have a company in mind where I want to be in, so I decided to send an application. The process was the same as the other company; you will have to go through the typing test, grammar & vocabulary test, and the final interview. I was so happy that I was able to pass all the exams and the interview, but they told me that they will be needing to conduct a final investigation about my background, previous companies that I've worked with to be specific and was told that they will call me for an update. A week after, I received a call from the Human Resources department and was told that I was not cleared with the background check, they asked me names and just technically have to explain to them that they are the same company. Then he told me that they will try to wave this concern to their VP for approval and that they will have to call me again within a week. I was in the midst of confusion and depression when I heard that news because the training date will start in just a week. With that in mind, I prayed to God and asked for his guidance and at the same time, I've applied to various companies online, which on the same day I got a call of an invite and visited the company. This time, the process was far different from my previous ones, I have taken several tests, interview, then another test which I think took me for about 4 hours. When I was told that I was able to pass all the test, I was told that the interview will be that night, which I have to wait for 5 hours with no meal eaten and rest. I decided to request to re-schedule my final interview same time on the next day, at least I will have enough time to prepare. But when the next day comes, I have this heavy heart and feeling of not wanting to continue with the application anymore and just wait for an update from the previous company I applied for. I really had a hard time deciding and praying for that, until 22:30 comes when I informed Jacq that I will withdraw my application. Today, I just received a call from the previous company I applied for and everything has been cleared and they will call me for the contract signing and start of the training.
I thank God that he is always guiding me on the right path. He never fails to answer my prayers.
