I have decided to write this blog in English from now on since I have shocked and found how much my english writing skills gone bad at work today.

Todays theme is "empowering yourself".
After returning to work from some period of parental leave,
I found it's hard to keep self-empowering moods enough long.
I did have much enthusiasm feeling until just a few month ago.
I still do, but now feel more anxiety than before.
Maybe because I'm the kind of person who is easily affected by the environment or people I belong to.
It is like,
When I am with positive people, I become positive.
On the contrary, when I am with somebody who likes devaluing someone else,
I really feel bad and start worrying about something unimportant.
It's not important for me whether how much his or her statement is reasonable.
Unfortunately, I work with later kind of person whose performance is good.
I thought I have overcome something like this.
Then I got sick. Because I havn't.
I might be depressed every time as similar situation occurs..?
What should I do?
I remenber again the word of "self-esteem".
I feel good when somebody cheer me up.
It works when you want to forget annoying memories, too.
Does this still work when you cheer yourself up?
There might be so many people who try to work against you in the future.
But you can't take his or her words seriously every time.
Otherwise you can't go step forward.
My conclusion is that the most important thing is how much you can empower yourself.
I believe self-esteem is a powerful tool to direct your life.
