■「I am from xxxxx university, I have an appointment at xx: xx」
■「My name is xxxxx. I have an appointment of interview at xx:xx」
You got to tell something like these means in Japanese like....
「○時の面接で伺いました。○○大学の○○と申します。」
「私、○○と申します。本日○時の面接で伺ったのですが」
※「申す」 is humble language of 「いう」
Greeting is regarded as a basic business manner in Japan.
Knowing these manner will be an advantage for your interview.
