ディック・ガルシアは主に５０年代から６０年代にかけて活動したようですが、リーダー・アルバムはこれ一枚くらいで、僕はこのアルバムでの彼の演奏しか知りません。

クセの無いとても聴きやすいギターでこの曲などは、寝る前に流すにはうってつけの子守唄になりそうです。

デビューしたてのビル・エヴァンスがピアノを弾いていますが、言われなければビル・エヴァンスだとは気が付かないでしょう。
