This is first article of this blog which introduces interesting NIPPON.
Today, I had enjoyed traditional new year's cuisine which included herring eggs, black beans, prawn, tangle roll, rice-cake soup and so forth. In particular I likes herring eggs the best, and I feel new year has come when I'm eating herring eggs.
Traditionally, Japanese usually pack his/her meal in multitiered box for new year's day.
