Well, first you need to go slowly so as not to scare the person. then you say:

   

I need to tell you something...
Eu preciso te contar algo...
   

Then you take all the courage in the world and says:

   

I like you!
Eu gosto de você!
   

Or if you feel something much stronger, you say:

   

I love you.
Eu amo você.
   

If you want to ask the person in dating:

   

You want to date me?
Você quer namorar comigo?
   

Or ask her/him to marry (invite me to the wedding if it works hahahaha)

   

Will you marry me?

Você quer casar comigo?
