resistance.3Sand the inside of the sole and top of the shoe insole to remove any
glue residue.4Rub the surface with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth to clean
away any dust, dirt or debris.5Allow the shoes to sit for 10 minutes for all
alcohol to evaporate.6Spread glue on the sole as per instructions on the bottle.
Spread the glue around in a thin even pattern along the surface using a plastic
knife.7Push the sole back onto the shoe. Apply pressure from back to front to
remove any air bubbles or pockets of glue.8Place a C-clamp on the shoe and allow
