This event opened in 2001.This is known to as winter festival in Kitakyusyu city.
We can enjoy looking at 『Light’s object』, 『Light’s corridor』, 『Snowman』,
Moving illumination called『Kirapopo』and so on.This winter festival takes
place Between the beginning of November and the beginning of January(during 17:00～21:00).
