Essential Job Functions
As Sales Manager:
Responsible for selling products to North America clients.
Maximize sales promoting new products to existing clients and acquiring new clients to expand overall sales.
Handle the entire sales process from presentation of our product to clients up to deliveries providing customer service in professional manner.
Travel within North America foe sales and customer service and China and Asia for understanding products and settling outstanding issue with suppliers when needed.
Negotiate and conclude sales contracts with fixing clients for price, delivery date and payment issue etc.
Communicate with affiliate offices and mills in Asia daily basis in order to confirm orders and to accomplish orders as well as to solve problems meeting clients’ requirement.
Responsible to set up semester budget and report its progress with numbers to supervisor and management in writing monthly basis.
Administrative Support
As requested, may provide general typing of letters and reports; Provides photocopying as requested; Sends and receives email letters and reports.
Maintains corporate and departmental records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with management personnel.
Receives calls and responds to inquiries.
Maintains operational procedures relative to office clerical activities and works flow in and out of the department.
Others (Common Responsibility)
Reports all irregular issues and problems to supervisor for resolution.
May relieve other departmental and group members during breaks, lunch, etc. May also substitutes for absent employees.
Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.
