I'm running out of quick short greetings to use as titles, I'm gonna have to start recycling them soon
Anyway, hi.
There was something I wanted to talk about earlier, but I had some stuff to do, and now I forgot. Whatever, I'll talk about other stuff then.
I thoroughly lack organization in my life. There's a semblance of it, but it's not real organization, merely routine. It is possible for me to muster the discipline to organize myself though, so I'll do that. Problem is: how?
What should I focus on? What should I prioritize? I don't know, and that's why I can't organize myself. I'll have to think about it.
Something else. Ah yes, something more fun. I've been thinking about what to write for TCTW, and how to do it.
As of right now, the story isn't developed enough to allow me to write the first chapter. Lores and chapters have yet to be decided on and finalized. Choices must be made, backgrounds need to be created, and most importantly, one character I'm having major trouble with. There are three main characters, but damn I'm having trouble even deciding on the personality of the third. In fact, I have no idea what kind of person she'll be ( ̄ヘ ̄;)
As such, I have decided on one thing: I'll write one of the only subjects that won't change, the second falling leaf. It's a major challenge, because it forces me to write well. Ok that's an understatement. If I want it to produce the emotions that I have imagined, given the simplicity of the story, I'll have to write perfectly. Set up an atmosphere, stakes, challenges, make it immersive, use words in a way that enthralls the reader, and guide their feelings. It's my biggest challenge yet, and I'm tackling it right after what was previously my biggest challenge yet (i.e. the first falling leaf). If I do manage to write it though, then 1) I'll have passed a major hurdle and 2) I'll have reached a level of writing high enough to handle the rest of TCTW in the same way.
Especially because of 2), this part is going to be pivotal, it's crucial to the rest of the story, and I will not allow failure to be an option. In other words, we will try as many times as it takes, for as much time as it takes, until we reach something you like. Or, if you want to be ambitious, something you love. Yeah, I'll have to do that.
Alright, on that, see ya
