CALLING ON PARTICIPANTS OF G20 SUMMIT IN HAMBURG
ハンブルクG20サミット参加者への呼びかけ
Representatives of the richest countries in the world will discuss refugee issues, war on terrorism and global security, and will make decisions in areas directly related to TIs from around the world who are being used for nonconsensual experiments as guinea-pigs without their knowledge, exposed to covert illegal technologies, which are threat to their health and basic human rights of the individual to self-determination.
（サミットでは）世界で最も豊かな国の代表者たちが難民問題、テロとの戦い、グローバルセキュリティについて協議し、決定を下すことが予定されています。それらの国々は世界中の被害者たちが直接関係している地域です。被害者たちは情報を知らされていないモルモットとして合意なしの隠ぺいされた違法なテクノロジーの実験にさらされ、健康と自己決定という基本的人権を脅かされているのです。
As it often happens, their own existence, as well as well-being and peace of their families are being sacrificed on the altar of "security" and “war on terrorism”.
被害者の存在、同様にその家族の幸せと平和が「安全」や「テロとの戦い」のために生贄（いけにえ）にされることが頻繁に起きています。
Global community is being subjected to total surveillance and various types of COINTELPRO operations held by various military and civilian agencies.
地球全体がさまざまな軍事機関と民間機関によって完全に監視され、さまざまな種類の破壊活動が行われているからです。
That is why we suggest we jointly sign this Appeal, as an expression of our protest against criminogenic practices that destroy our lives and the lives of our loved ones. The appeal will be sent individually to all the participants of the meeting, as well as to the G20 Summit organizers and the summit press.
だからこそ、一緒になってこの嘆願書にサインすることを提起し、私たちや愛する人々の生活を破壊する犯罪性の高い行為に抗議したいのです。嘆願書はサミットの参加者全員に個別に送付されます。同様にサミットの主催者とその報道陣にも配布されます。
Since the meeting in Hamburg has a global dimension, let's express our demands as a global and meaningful opposition. Especially hence, the problem of targeted individuals (TI) and mind control (MC) is occurring in all countries of the world, especially those with the most developed economies.
ハンブルクサミットは地球規模で行われるのですから、私たちの要求も地球規模の有意義な反意として表現しましょう。TIとマインドコントロールの問題は世界中のすべての国で発生しており、特に先進国で顕著です。
We therefore ask for your full mobilization, joining our action, and notifying affiliated TIs from other national groups and organizations.

Ladies and gentlemen,
みなさまへ
At the present time you are investing billions of dollars, euros, rubles, yens, juans and whatnot on the research of the functioning of the human brain.
現在あなた方は何十億ものドル、ユーロ、ルーブル、円、元、その他諸々を投資して人間の脳機能を研究していますね。
You all compete in the area of the development of weapons enabling remote control of the human nervous system, organism and mind.
皆、競って人間の神経システムや生物、心の遠隔制御を可能にする分野の武器を開発しています。
You have developed systems capable of killing people in large areas of the planet or producing pains and sicknesses in them, damaging the DNA of evolving organisms, altering people‘s states of mind, and even their emotions and thoughts.
あなた方は発展したシステムを手に入れており、それは地球上の人々を広範囲に殺害したり、痛みや病気を引き起こしたり、DNAに損傷を与えて生物を進化させたり、人の心の状態を（感情や思考までも）様変わりさせたりすることが可能です。
At the same time you are hiding the existence of those weapons from your citizens by subjecting them to your National Security Information legislations while equally training operators of those weapons on unwitting citizens of your states.
同時にそれらの武器の存在を、国民を国家安全保障情報法に従わせることによって隠ぺいし、その一方で同様に、事情を知らない自国民に武器を操作させるべく養成しています。
In this way, while claiming to promote democracy, human rights or humanism, you have created a world, where human freedom, human health and human life have no protection whatsoever against attacks committed by your own agents.
これでは民主主義の推奨や、人権、ヒューマニズムを主張していながら、人々の自由と健康、生活はあなた方の代理人によってなされるいかなる攻撃も防御できない世界を造り出していることになります。
Even the political or democratic events in your countries can no longer be trusted , due to your secret possession of those weapons.
それらの武器の所有を隠ぺいしているがために、あなた方の国では政治的、民主的な行事でさえも、もはや信用されていないのです。
Should you continue in the policy of classification of those weapons , the world will be developing towards a new totalitarian system, where citizens will have no defence against mental or physical cruelty of their governments.
万が一、あなた方が武器を隠匿する政策を続けるならば、この世界は国民が政府による精神面、肉体面への残虐行為を防御できない新たな全体主義の体制に向かって進んでいくでしょう。
Therefore we call on you to declassify those weapons, to create legislation which would protect the citizens of your countries against such attacks and to create agencies, which, in cooperation with human rights organisations, would detect energetic attacks on your citizens and search for their sources.
それゆえ、私たちは武器の機密扱いを解除して攻撃から国民を保護する法律を制定し、人権保護団体と共にエネルギーを持つ攻撃とその攻撃源を探索して検知できるエージェンシーを作るよう呼びかけているのです。
You are defending the classification of those weapons by the possible war that may erupt between some of you, but again it only proves that your desire for power outweighs your proclaimed effort to promote democracy or to search for stability and security in the world.
あなた方は戦争の可能性となる武器の隠匿を守っていますが、それはあなた方同士の攻撃の勃発につながりかねません。そしてもう一度言いますが、あなた方の権力への欲望が民主主義を推奨して世界の安定と安全を探るために宣言された努力を上回っていることを証明するだけです。
Your inability to establish reasonable, polite and non-violent relationships among yourselves again proves that at least some of you (especially the USA) are seeking totalitarian power in the world.
あなた方が無力なのは、自分たち同士で合理的で礼儀正しく、暴力のない関係を築けないことです。もう一度言いますが、少なくとも何か国か（特にアメリカ）は世界を全体主義にする権力を探っていることを証明しています。
Despite your unwillingness to stop this insanity, we have confidence that your respective citizens' growing awareness of your possession and use of those weapons will make them to oblige you to enact the legislations we are suggesting.
この狂気を止めることがあなた方にとって不本意であるかにかかわらず、私たちは各国の国民の、武器の所有と使用への周知活動には自信を持っています。私たちが提案する法律があなた方によって制定されて彼らがあなた方に感謝する日がきっと来ると思っています。
