ほとんどの方がご存知のように、FFCHSはここ数か月いくつかの変革を行っています。
役員メンバーはTIを支援して安全が得られるよう、建設的でありながら断固とした方法で組織としての使命をまっとうすべく邁進しています。

役員会について
役員メンバーの何人かが
(1)甚だしい違法行為や
(2)協調性の欠如のため
(3)定款、(4)さらに非営利団体の使命記述書に基づき
解任されました。
この10年間、一部の役員による多大な不正行為があったがために会議を開けず、業務ができなかったり、記録を保持することが出来ませんでした。
再編成された役員会は、以下の代表、副代表、経理と秘書で構成されています。
この役員会は「ロバーツ・ルール」（リンク先参照）を模範とし、役員会が適切に行われるように制定された方法に従い、使命記述書の通り使命を果たすことを誓います。

As most of you have heard, FFCHS has undergone some changes in recent months. The Board of Directors wants to proceed in a constructive but decisive way to fulfill the mission of the Corporation in providing support and comfort to Targeted Individuals. The mission statement:
"Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) is a human rights organization that identifies and networks with victims of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults, educates the public about covert harassment issues, and advocates for citizens victimized by covert criminal elements."
Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors of FFCHS has been released from their positions for (1) gross misconduct, (2) inability to function as a cohesive Board, (3) abide by the Bylaws of the Corporation and (4) further the mission statement of the non-profit. There has been so much misbehavior on the part of the Board for the last ten years, that they could not hold meetings, conduct business or maintain records.
A Reorganization Board is in place with the following positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. This Board will follow Roberts Rules and are in agreement with the procedures established for proper conduct at Board Meetings and have sworn to fulfill the mission statement.
