先週、生協で「あぶらこ」の大きな切り身を発見。
本州では「あいなめ」と呼ぶようですが、ホッケと並ぶ地元の魚です。
そういえば若かりし頃、あの冷たい海に潜ってダイビングのライセンスを取っていた頃、
水中でウニを割ると、すかさずあぶらこが突進してきたものだったっけ。
粕味噌漬けにしたあぶらこは名前とは違って上品なうま味でとても美味しかったです。
