昨夜、あると思っていたドミグラスソースの缶詰がなくって、まだ作りかけのソースがそのままお鍋にあります。
お弁当はドミグラスのオムライスになる予定だったのに、急遽天丼になりました。
天丼といえば花形はエビ、なければちくわも美味しいけれど、両方なかったので、
花の無い掻き揚げ丼になりましたー。
前回、特製の天丼ソースを入れた小ビンを持たせ忘れ、ガッカリした記憶が生なましく残っていたので、
今回は最初からかけちゃいました。

Tempura is also one of the world famous Japanese foods.
I do not particularly like cooking tempura, since you've got to stand in front of the oil pan smelling enough of the oil.
There are many specialized restaurants in Tempura, and there,
the cook would fry fine lookin' veggies right in front of you, and serve them while it's still (too) hot.
Needless to say, you do not have a chance to smell the oil.
You've got too many go-round-sushi bars in your town.
Expect to see a Tempura restaurant next.
