もちろんこれは前の日から作るのがいいお料理。
そこで昨日の夜、冷凍庫から挽肉を取り出して、いそいそと準備開始。
電子レンジで解凍したけどやっぱり冷たい！
しっかり練ると美味しいと聞いていたので頑張って練ったら、手が霜焼けで赤くなりました。
でもその甲斐あって、夫から絶賛のメールを頂戴いたしました。

To redeem myself to my dear husband,
I started cooking his favorite, stewed hamburger, last night for today's bento.
I defrosted a pack of minced pork, but it was still cold when I started mixing it with my hands.
Then I got frostbite on my right hand.
Poor me.
But I got a praising mail about the bento from him this afternoon,
saying "that was the best stewed hamburger that I ever had!"
